On 20 November 2023, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina granted a motion of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office of 20 November 2023 and issued a decision in the case of Adnan Ćatić, ordering the suspect Adnan Ćatić into custody due to the existing particular custody grounds set forth in Article 132(1) a), b) and c) of the CPC BiH. Pursuant to the said decision, custody can last no longer than one month, running from the arrest day, namely from 17 November 2023 to 17 December 2023, or until a new decision of the Court.

The suspect has been ordered into custody on a grounded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of Organizing a Terrorist Group under Article 202d (2) in connection with Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH, in connection with the criminal offense of Terrorism under Article 201 of the CC BiH.
